Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get access to this programme?

You can get access to workability in one of two ways.

1. You can buy the disks from us. These disks come with step-by-step instructions for your trainers on how to use them. Even if they have very few computer skills, they will be able to access the content and print workbooks, etc., by following these clear instructions. The disks provide you with all of the materials you will need to run a training programme, including printable workbooks, trainer's manual, videos, interactive exercises, supporting documents and assessment guidelines.

2. If you have a large group of people that you would like us to train for you, we can arrange to send a trainer to your organisation. The duration of a group training session would be approximately a half a day, depending on the size of the group. Trainers would need to have access to a PC or laptop to benefit from training.
