Students will learn about the importance of having communication skills for work.The processes of speaking and listening are addressed, focusing on the do's and don'ts of each. Students will learn the significance of body language as a means of communication,as well as common signs and symbols that they might encounter in the workplace. Reading & writing are also mentioned, but not in depth since literacy skills are not essential to participation in the programme.
