ASSERTIVENESS, RESPECT & RIGHTS

This unit covers the concept of standing up for yourself in an appropriate way at work. It teaches students about what it means to behave passively, aggressively and being assertive. Students will learn about bullying and how to cope with this in the workplace. The concepts of showing respect for yourself, for others and for property are taught. Finally, students will learn about their rights and entitlements at work.
